1. About the Trust

United for Society Charitable Trust is a non-profit public charitable trust working in education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, environment, and community development. All activities are conducted in accordance with Indian law and our registered Trust Deed.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary contributions to the Trust's charitable activities.
• Receipts are issued for all donations. 80G tax-exemption certificates will be issued once the Trust's application is approved by the Income Tax Department (currently pending).
• By donating, you confirm that the funds are from lawful sources and comply with FCRA and anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Volunteer & Participation

By registering as a volunteer, you agree to participate in good faith, maintain ethical conduct, and follow Trust coordinator instructions. The Trust reserves the right to decline or revoke volunteer status at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and videos — is the property of United for Society Charitable Trust. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

7. Limitation of Liability

United for Society Charitable Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for direct loss shall not exceed the amount donated by you in the preceding 12 months.
