About This Program
When a woman is empowered, her family benefits. When families benefit, the community transforms. Our women's empowerment programme is designed around this truth. We are developing vocational skill training in market-relevant trades, forming Self Help Groups for collective savings and peer support, and building a seed fund for women who are ready to start their own small businesses. We begin with Hyderabad — where the need is visible and the community is ready.
Our Key Initiatives
Vocational Skill Training
Short-term, certified courses in tailoring, food processing, beauty services, handicrafts, and digital skills — all linked to real market opportunities with placement support.
Self Help Groups (SHGs)
Small peer groups of women coming together for regular savings, mutual support, group lending, and shared decision-making — building financial resilience from the ground up.
Women Entrepreneurship Support
Seed grants and mentorship for graduates of our skill programmes who are ready to start or grow a small business — helping ideas become sustainable livelihoods.
Legal Rights & Awareness
Workshops on domestic violence protections, property rights, POSH Act, and access to government welfare schemes — so every woman knows her rights and where to seek help.
